summer, where are you?

So much time has passed, too much, i know...but here I am with a new sandwich!
The summer here in Italy struggles to start and so this sandwich is dedicated to her.

For a SUMMER, WHERE ARE YOU? sandwich you will need:

laugen baguette

pepper sauce

date tomatoes

valerian salad

pepper sauce?

yellow pepper + spring onion + basil + oil + paprika + salt&pepper

special guest BITE: Claudia

For a SWEET SWEET AUTUMN sandwich you will need:

cornbread with raisin
tofu & cauliflower sauce
grilled pumpkin
grilled zucchini
radicchio

cauliflower + tofu + coriander seed + poppy seeds + pistachios+ oil

For a SPAGHETTI WESTERN sandwich you will need:

dinkelbrötchen bread

Damiano's secret creamy sauce
carrots

zucchini

tofu + onion + curry + oil + apple vinegar + lemon + salt&pepper

el chuck

For an EL CHUCK sandwich you will need:

rye bread

babaganoush

fresh spinach (pan fried with oil, garlic, salt&pepper)

pine nuts

baked eggplant pulp + tahini + lemon juice + parsley + oil + salt

Next wednesday my most awaited concert of the year will take place in Milan
so i decided to name this sandwich after Chuck :)

For a PRETTY IN PINK sandwich you will need:

kaiser bread

grilled round eggplant

pretty pink sauce

beefsteak tomato

grated beets + soy yogurt + basil + tabasco + salt&pepper

LAST DAY OF SUMMER

In a couple of days summer will end and here today autumn seems already started.
Let's give summer a proper "see you soon!" with this sandwich.
